A simple way to report unwanted behaviour, such as bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination and racism at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.

If you are a member of the public, please be aware that while your concern will be logged with the Trust through Report and Support, this tool is not designed to manage patient complaints.
